The PSE Capital Group was established in order to perform the tasks resulting from the programme for the power sector adopted by the Council of Ministers on 28 March, 2006. The programme assumed equipping the electricity Transmission System Operator with transmission assets and tools for maintenance, operation and expansion of these assets in the form of specialised companies.
